My client is an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company in Hong Kong with fun and energetic working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

-          Monitor work progress according to schedule & ensure completion of projects on schedule

-          Verify quality of work on site & instruct contractors to remedy any defects

-          Take and record accurate site measurements

-          Produce well organized photo records

-          Prepare routine daily reports

-          Report to Asst. Project Manager and coordinate with Project Team

Requirements:

-          F5 or above

-          2 years working experience in fit-outs and renovation work

-          Proactive, fast-leaning and organized

-          Good interpersonal and communications skills

-          Initiative, independent, hardworking & able to work under pressure

-          Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary
