With our aggressive global expansion plan in 2019, we are now recruiting for the teams in Southeast Asia Region (including Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, Australasia, and South China exports). This role is a Customer Services Supervisor Position to monitor South East Asia Customer Services Center to delivery satisfied service level.The position directly reports to the Head of Customer Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise South East Asia Customer Services Center to provide professional cross-border e-Commerce logistics customer services
  • Ensure the team in delivering a high satisfied service level, covering order process close follow-up, customer enquiries handling, Account Receivable billing with customers, regular business reporting etc. 
  • Design Customer Services SOP and ensure process optimized
  • Coach and develop teammates
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Education and Experience requirements

  • Degree holder, preferable discipline in logistics or business nature
  • At least 1-2 years team supervisory or managerial experiences
  • Experienced in logistics or e-commerce industry will be an advantage

Job Skills and Competencies for this position

  • Able to cope with fast-pace environment and self-initiative
  • With strong desire to develop in e-commerce and /or logistics industry
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks & time
  • Excellent management, communication, coordination and analyzing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
