Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Merchandise Planning for E-Commerce
• Review and monitor the stock inventory level of different platforms (Tmall & JD.com)
• Prepare the Sales & Stock Summary Reports
• Place orders with Merchandising team and follow up the shipment delivery
• Prepare the Product Information / Training Material
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in E-Commerce or Jewellery Merchandising.
• Proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Excel (ie. V-lookup, Pivot Table)
• Detail minded, sensitive to figures and good communication skill
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Based in Hong Kong, and occasionally travel to Shenzhen.
• Less experience would be considered as E-Commerce Assistant.
