Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance services of dental equipment for our customers;
• Provide on-site support, trouble shooting and any ad-hoc issues for our customers in Hong Kong and Macau area;
• Closely work with Sales Team to provide in time support to our customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Bio-medical, IT or equivalent;
• Preferably relevant working experience, fresh graduate with good character can be considered;
• Experience / knowledge in PC knowledge, knowledge in programming is a plus;
• Good command in English and Mandarin;
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently;
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Service Engineer.
