The Job:

• Implement and control production process and quality improvement
• Responsible for the process improvement on of high precision metal parts
• Provide guidance and advise to the subordinates in order to improve the overall production efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide technical or design recommendation during the project development process
• Assisting in development of new technologies and improve the existing technologies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• At least 15 years relevant working experience with 8 years in management level
• Experience in automation /manufacturing engineering system/ efficiency improvement in high precision products with CNC exposure and good knowledge of metal engineering
• Good interpersonal and supervision skills, strong in presentation and project management
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
