Job duties

• Provide daily administrative support and prepare sales reports for Business Development Department;

• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints;

• Liaise with customers, follow up sales order and relationship building;

• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties for sales-related activities;

• Prepare quotations and contracts;

• Assist in new account opening and new product development for business growth;

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;

• Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience preferable in catering industry, fresh graduate will also be considered;

• Well organized and detail-minded with strong presentation and negotiation skills;

• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;

• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese;

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
