Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional IT support services to end-users at all levels
- Perform daily systems monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with regional IT teams and involve in supporting IT related projects
- Prepare system documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Over 2 years’ relevant working experience in end-users / VIPs support, preferably in financial institution
- Hands-on experience in supporting Windows platforms, Office 365, IT Service and ticketing software etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
