Role:

• Implement and support BI Solutions
• Key player in the implementation, training, and maintenance of all regional financial reporting tools.
• Contribute to the development of IBM Planning & Analytics (TM1) for planning & budgeting across the Asia region
• Interface with users to collect requirements and translate them to technical solutions (with the help of consultants as required).
• Develop Data Cubes, Dashboards and Reports for users in the business divisions, HR, Finance, and senior management.
• Provide technical assistance for users across Asia.  Manage changes to data collection templates, metadata structure, data models, maintain user security, load data, and create reports.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in BI Solutions   
• BS or BA required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems

• Experience working on other BI tools like Microsoft Power BI and QlikView is required
• Knowledge of financial software such as TM1, Axapta, Hyperion, and Cognos are a plus
• Strong technical and analytical skills are required to troubleshoot consolidation and/or reporting issues.  Full understanding of system logic/processes is required to independently resolve problems 
• Creative thinking is required to make recommendations for system design, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.  New business requirements must be analyzed to understand impact on the overall systems landscape. 
• Strong communication skills in English / Chinese

- Strong knowledge of financial budgeting, consolidation, and reporting software

- Solid understanding of accounting and business processes.
