My client is a leading hotel / hospitality group, they are expanding and are looking to hire an IT Solution Manager . This candidate will drive new IT Digital and innovative solutions for the company. Will work on new projects, technology and initiatives to make technology and processes more efficient for the organization.

Key responsibilities:

 
• Report to VP of IT for identifying and implementing innovation IT solutions to increase the guest’s experiences and improve the business processes
• Generate insights to drive continuous improvement on digital processes, deliver seamless solutions, operation efficiency and customer experiences
• Act as a project manager for supporting digital transformation projects
• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders to identify appropriate digital solutions and ensure smooth implementation of projects
• Monitor project deliverables and provide appropriate support and solutions whenever necessary
• Participate and support any other projects as assigned
         

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of web programming skills such as HTML and javascript
• Sound knowledge in digital solution is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of database, networking and system design
• Good project management skills in terms of management project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks
• Capable to communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Technology savvy and be a fast learner
• Excellent language skills (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin
