Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business stakeholder to collect user requirement and translate into IT requirement
- Deployment and implementation of IT project covering different Retail Systems and Infrastructure
- Lead the IT team and manage external vendors to provide daily support to business functions
- Daily applications support: ERP, POS, CRM, E-Commerce
- Maintain infrastructure supporting including networking, firewall, servers, switches, and phone system
- Identify SLA and other IT related policy
- Evaluate and recommend new IT solution and services
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems and related fields.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in IT system administration, computer programming or project management
- Experience in vendor management and IT strategy execution
- Sound knowledge in retail application tools and operational functions
- Overall knowledge in networking, server and VMware
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
