Responsibilities:

• Provide IT system and operation support
• Perform network and system setup
• Participate in deployment of trade systems
• Proactively follow up on technical problems and incidents

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years IT experience
• Hands-on experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange Server, LAN, PC/Server hardware
• Responsible, good interpersonal skill, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Might need to work overtime occasionally
• Knowledge and experience in trading solutions is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin/English
