Our client is a top tier global financial services group and they are now looking for an IT Administrator/ Support (Global Financial Services Group | Open to Fresh Graduates | MNC). Newly created position, dynamic working culture with energetic team mates.The successful incumbent will be responsible for the Forex trading operations supports, supporting hardware and software operation and develop the reputable path within financial technology field.

Responsibility: 

• Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of existing systems related project
• Assist in technical hardware/software operations support such as installation, maintenance and testing
• Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT operations includes but not limited to network and hardware support and system documentation update
• Troubleshoot, develop and perform administration of network and email systems
• Communication with vendor and follow up in supporting FX trading operation when necessary 
• Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

• Degree Holder in Computing or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year solid experience in IT supporting exposure or Fresh graduates with non-IT academic background who keen to develop an entry IT role will also be considered
• Solid experiences in desktop/system support and windows operating system
• Sound knowledge of exchange server, firewall and network technologies are beneficial although not necessary  
  
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sensational analytical and problem solving skills 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
