Job Description

Our client, a renowned and leading US MNC (multinational company) in the industry of IT and of extensive global presence, is currently looking for Senior Sales Manager to lead their sales team at Guangzhou call center.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage teams of sales managers (Inside sales) and their team members responsible for selling products, including personal computers, electronics and accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software in HK market only.
  • Represents, communicates and executes HK market sales strategies.
  • Build and lead sales teams to deliver business target and to create new business opportunities.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with sales team in HK (Outside/Field Sale) and all other Business Units internally to achieve HK market growth and business goal.
  • Contribute to inter-departmental collaboration and cooperation for the optimal effect of synergy, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team managers, facilitate and foster career development and personal growth of team members for continuous advancement.

Personnel Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant sales (Inside/Outside) experiences in a sizeable sales team or organization of over 100 people
  • With 5 years of proven track record of experiences at senior managerial level in leading a big team ( 50 + headcount) of sales people (inside sales most preferably) including sales managers and supervisors
  • Prior concrete sales experiences in the industry of IT, technology, office automation solutions logistic (delivery services) and telecommunication most preferred. Banking and Financial services background also welcome
  • Strong capability to set priorities and keep team members stay focused on the important and imminent tasks.
  • A strategic thinker and also a strong executor and team player
  • Strong in motivating and influencing people so as to drive performance.
  • With strong communication skills, relationship building skills, coaching skills and presentation skills
  • With business acumen and good understanding of the market trend and dynamics as well as the changing customer needs and expectations
  • Proficient in BOTH Cantonese and English
  • Able to work overtime on as needed basis
  • Base in Guangzhou (Monday to Friday)
