The Role

The systems & network support is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and base software systems that allow our organization to function and communicate, both internally and externally.
 
Based in HK, the main focus will be APAC ADM Offices & users but will be part of the Global Service Delivery organization reporting to the Global IT Systems and Network Manager. It means that requests and tasks from other regions and countries may also be managed eventually by this position.

Salary Range:

Depends on experience and skills of the candidate.

Tasks to be performed:

• Installing new software
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
• Basic Desktop/Laptops hardware fix skills (Drive replacement, memory replacement, clone partitions,)
• Giving support in new server’s deployment
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Network maintenance
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
• Dealing with IT suppliers regarding communications, IT maintenance & Hardware purchasing
• Proactive monitoring and capacity plan proposals
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems and manage IT Infrastructure & Systems projects.
• Technical support for people using the network
• Training staff on devices & system usage

Technical requirements:

• Experience on Windows 7/8/10 environments
• Experience supporting users on layers 1 y 2.
• Connectivity know-how (wifi ,VPNs ,Remote assistance)
• Office 365 Deploy
• Management of Windows 2008/2012/2016 networks (File Sharing, Printers, AD Deploys, Policies).
• Management of AD
• Basic Management of Microsoft Exchange
• AV management on EPO Scenarios
• Experience in Hyper-V environments
• BAT / VBS scripting Language.
• Office365 administration (SharePoint, OneDrive.).
• Basic Management of Routers / firewalls / VPN appliances.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience on a similar position, including managing small to medium Infrastructure and systems projects (SW migrations, etc).
