Responsibilities:

• Daily routine operation, technical and help desk support, user training
• Maintain the service calls/ troubleshooting with solution log, the accurate hardware and software inventory management, procurement processing, invoice payment settlement, licensing & certificate renewal, daily server back-up, filing and etc.
• Hardware installation with software and drivers including configuration
• Liaise with vendors on hardware and software acquisition, installation and maintenance
• Users account maintenance (Computer, Email and Cloud)
• Manage security options in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
• Support iOS and Android mobile including the iPhone migration
• Experience in web page maintenance and administrator in network infrastructure is an advantage

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ IT support working experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, Access, Project, Visio, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, IBM AS400 software applications
• Knowledge on the Windows 2012R2 server operation, Anti-virus, Network printing & file sharing, AutoCad, Wi-Fi, VPN and Firewall
• Initiative, well-organized, work independently, responsible and committed
• Good knowledge of internet security, data privacy principles, Apple IOS and Android smartphone
• Overtime working is required when necessary
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST including writing
• On-site supporting service may be required (i.e. on-site visit in Hong Kong, Macau and China)
• Less experience will be considered as Computer Technician
