Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle all technical product related tasks and functions from product development to production/style introduction approval process.
- Construction analysis and review of samples
- Specification writing on construction methods and measurement updates.
- Provide technical advice and options to the design team and product development team
- Guide the vendors with good quality tech packs that are accurate and complete
- Provide technical advice to the vendors to ensure fast product approvals and a complete understanding of the quality expectations set by the company
- Communicate effectively with suppliers globally.
Requirements :
- Experience in pattern making/grading and fit in underwear / lingerie / intimate apparel
- Diploma holder in textiles, fabric or fashion
- Proven understanding in product development and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills with strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to build strong relationships with technologists and the buying in the US head office and suppliers in country
- Excellent communication skills in English are required, and good level of both written & spoken Putonghua considered advantageous
