Responsibilities :

• Handle all technical product related tasks and functions from product development to production/style introduction approval process.
• Construction analysis and review of samples
• Specification writing on construction methods and measurement updates.
• Provide technical advice and options to the design team and product development team
• Guide the vendors with good quality tech packs that are accurate and complete
• Provide technical advice to the vendors to ensure fast product approvals and a complete understanding of the quality expectations set by the company
• Communicate effectively with suppliers globally.

Requirements :

• Experience in pattern making/grading and fit in underwear / lingerie / intimate apparel
• Diploma holder in textiles, fabric or fashion
• Proven understanding in product development and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication skills with strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to build strong relationships with technologists and the buying in the US head office and suppliers in country
• Excellent communication skills in English are required, and good level of both written & spoken Putonghua considered advantageous
