Responsibilities:

Provide support to the assistant manager in the daily analysis and operation of the production planning and control team including system data analysis, data maintenance, report preparation and department administration

• Coordinate with relevant parties of warehouse, order processing and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the logistics and supply chain in the factory
• Assist the production team to plan sequence and prepare production schedule
• Maintain database and make report for products with recipes in the ERP system, including the creation of new products information in the system
• Transform the production raw data into system information and processes
• Assist in the analysis of the production processes and the efficiency of the logistics and supply chain in the factory, including verification and update of recipes and actual production output and inventory analysis, etc.
• Make cost analysis for new products
• Participate in the implementation of the new Production Management System

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in food factory will be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant PMC Officer
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
