Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors to ensure best value products are sourced whilst maintaining quality standards. Negotiate best cost on final quote sheets.
• Liaise with our internal parties including our UK office.
• To help develop and evaluate the products that meet customer expectations/requirements
• To collate and action PO’s and ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• To visit factories in China is needed
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager 

Requirements

• Post-secondary graduates or above
• 3 years or above experience in watch products.
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Willingness to travel extensively in China
