Responsibilities :

• Report to Quality Director and manage the QA team in China
• Monitor supplier evaluation and improvement action following up;
• Monitor and control quality process of Quality Engineer from product evaluation, certificate verification; testing and inspection disposition;
• Monitor project tracking status from test protocol, testing plan implementation and report on a monthly basis;
• Service Provider evaluation and management;
• Quality claims management and settlement;
• Responsible for technical support for merchandising team, including coaching suppliers of quality standard, technical training for merchandising team, technical suggestion to suppliers;
• Responsible for Quality Engineer management and coaching, including technical and business training to engineer, evaluate engineer working performance etc.
• Coordinate and communicate with Quality Management team in Head Office
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in related engineering / quality management areas;
• Over 10 years quality assurance working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level;
• Good knowledge of Furniture and Home Decoration products;
• Strong problem solving skill, market sensibility, influential and presentation skills
• Good leadership, budget controlling and interpersonal skills
• Positive mind-set with can-do attitude;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Sound PC knowledge including MS office
