Job Description:

• Report to Management Office
• Provide full spectrum of business support to Management Office
• Prepare business correspondence, agenda and minutes
• Liaise effectively with internal and external parties across different regions
• Accompany on business travels when required
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, good time management and communication skills
• Reliable, initiative, professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Multi-tasking, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience but having an ambition to develop career in business management are also welcomed
• Immediately available is highly preferred
