Responsibilities:

• Precisely understand artwork direction/concept and demonstrate it to artworks
• Refine and develop all aspects of marketing communication including product packaging, online and offline adverting/promotional contents including photographing, editing and retouching artworks.
• Assist other departments to plan and execute attractive shop displays/decorations.
• Support new product development team to provide decoration ideas for new products
• Manage, train and mentor Junior Designers
• Work closely with Purchasing department and external suppliers to ensure the integrity of design in final deliverables and on time delivery

Requirements: 

•  Diploma or Degree holder in design, visual merchandising or related disciplines
•  Strong insight for retail advertisement and display are plus
•  Creative and innovative thinker
• 2+ years of innovative design experience (product packaging, off-line and on-line materials) in an in-house, a design or advertising firm in oversea's country preferably Japan.
  
• Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools including Photoshop and Illustrator
• The ability to adhere to project budgets and deadlines
• Interior design, shop decoration/display skills, and experiences are plus
• Required languages: Native Japanese: preferably spoken English/Cantonese
