Job Duties:

l  Assist in managing day-to-day retail operation and provide general administration support to retail team

l  Regular shop visit to maintain store condition and merchandise display in a satisfactory standard

l  Train and motivate sales staff to deliver quality customer service

l  Assist in monitoring sales performance and inventory control of channels via system

l  Prepare sales report and report to management

l  Daily communication with buyers to achieve sales target

l  Assist for budgeting

l  Beauty Advisor management and daily communication

l  Meeting arrangement

l  Handle Marketing / Visual Merchandising / Sales material

l  Coordinate for daily operation of channels

l  Assist for delivery arrangement and prepare delivery document if under tight schedule

l  Ad-hoc assigned tasks

Requirements:

l  University Graduation in Marketing or Operations Management

l  3-5 years related experience in operation field, preferably in retail, brand or skincare management

l  Excellent in spoken and written in Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin

l  Self- motivated, logical, problem solving and analytical skills

l  Excellent communication skills, team building and interpersonal skills

l  Ability to handle multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently

l  Able to travel

l  Immediate availability is highly preferable
