(2 year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services and handle enquiries; greet and receive visitors at reception;
• Assist in the organization and marketing of activities for promoting customer relationship;
• Perform administrative & operational tasks such as data entry, prepare monthly analytical report and marketing materials, etc.; and
• Participate in ad hoc project when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Experience in customer service and administrative duties preferred;
• Ability to handle customers’ enquiries in a precise and professional manner;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good PC skills in the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database administration);
• Smart, independent, articulate, able to work under pressure, and a team player with a positive attitude.
