Job Description

 

Responsibility:

  • Own Account Management and Customer Relationships in cooperation with the Coordinator and Manager
  • Be the main point of contact between regional Supply Chain, Merchandising, Allocation and the central teams in London
  • Manage the region’s order book – looking after all manual allocation orders, monitoring the delivery flow and fulfilment rates for all seasonal collections
  • Participate in managing stock for store openings and events
  • Participate in creating comprehensive supply chain & product availability updates for the region and the wider business
  • Assist regional merchandisers with retail order input for the region across all 4 product divisions
  • Participate in creating customer relationship plans & strategies for key wholesale customers
  • Maintain customer records
  • Prepare, interpret and act on customer reports
  • Monitor and challenge (where appropriate) credit decisions impacting orders and stock
  • Prepare order confirmations (identify orders not to be confirmed) and manage the delivery creation process for wholesale customers
  • Monitor and prioritise deliveries, chase non-deliveries according to the regional priorities flagging any issues to the relevant teams
  • Participate in communication of shortages and re-timings across/within the region, working closely with Order Management
  • Manage the end to end returns process (where applicable)
  • Continuously seeking to develop and implement more efficient ways of working in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  • Proactively investigate SAP system related issues with the IT team

     

Requirement:

  • Holder of Higher diploma or above
  • Hands on experiences in customer services department is essential
  • Very good to advanced Excel and numerical skills
  • Knowledge of producing reports using Microsoft Excel
