Our client is a renowned bank with retail and commercial banking business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company’s accounts on social media, including content update and follow up daily enquiries and users’ responses, etc.
• Develop digital strategy and conducting digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, etc.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the effectiveness and customer experience of various digital marketing channels
• Develop and organize marketing campaigns and events, also define and project the digital marketing budget for each the campaigns
• Provide new ideas and suggestions to improve customer experience and effectiveness of digital marketing and social media communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management from sizable financial institutions
• Sounded knowledge in market trends and competitors’ strategy in marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven and with innovative mind-set
• Good command in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
