Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors to carry out procedures like minor operations, injections or drugs dispensing and medicines education for patients;
• Answer patients’ inquiry and appointment booking.
• Act as clinic in charge and oversee clinic daily operation
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
• Coordinate with external service provider for holistic clinical service for customers
• Manage the inventory of medical supplies and pharmacy according to the regulatory requirements

• Provide clinical duties, secretarial and administrative support to the doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with clinical experience
• 5 years’ experience in relevant healthcare setting
• Good PC skills (Microsoft office – Excel, Words)
• Responsible, self-initiative, hard working with good interpersonal skills 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Locations : Mongkok, Shatin, Causeway Bay, Kwun Tong
