Responsibilities 

• Assist in planning, developing and executing sales & marketing strategies based on established market positioning of the Company’s property projects in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
• Develop and coordinate production of marketing and communications materials
• Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales & marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and estate agents

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Real Estate/Property or related discipline with at least 5 years of sales & marketing experience gained from property developers
• Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a must
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Willing to travel as and when needed
