Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail/office/residential properties with focus in PRC/overseas
• Liaise with overseas agents, prospective tenants and stakeholders to explore potential business opportunities
• Engage in general leasing of new letting, renewal negotiation and related administration
• Handle leasing enquiries and all tenancy matters
• Assist in formulating/implementing development and expansion strategy
• Analyze market trends/data research and prepare compile various reports
• Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of proven experience in sizeable company, exposure in PRC/overseas properties would be an advantage
• Familiar with tenancy administration and proficient in MS Office
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated with excellent negotiation/analytical/presentation skills
• Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• Job holder will be based in Hong Kong with travel to PRC/overseas as and when needed
