Reporting to the Property Director, the candidate will be tasked with the overall planning and implementation of property development projects. Mainly oversee the acquisition and redevelopment of projects will be ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:

Ÿ Liaison with different stakeholders in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements

Ÿ Manage the tendering process of all outsourced works

Ÿ Coordinate/supervise of all consultants and contractors for design and construction matters

Ÿ Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Ÿ Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Ÿ Assist in processing acquisition of premises for investment or development

Ÿ Conduct feasibility studies and valuations works

Ÿ Process Lease modification and town planning application

Ÿ Conduct research works on different aspects of property market and deal with land matters.

Requirements:

Ÿ Degree in Architecture/Building Surveying or related disciplines

Ÿ Possess recognized qualifications of Member of MRICS/MHKIS or equivalent

Ÿ Solid experience in property valuation and development

Ÿ 5 years relevant working experience on building redevelopment projects/asset enhancement projects

Ÿ Knowledge of design development and building requirements

Ÿ Strong communication and management skill and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Ÿ Good presentation skill and fluency in Cantonese and English
