Job Description
Our company is looking for a highly organized, detail driven and enthusiastic individual to provide support to the CEO and Executive Management team and their projects.
Requirements/ideal skills:

Preferably educated to degree level with excellent English speaking and writing skills

Mature, Tough character, hardworking, willing to learn and strong leadership and team spirit

Must be careful and able to attend to detail of documentation.

Highly organized - able to prioritize workload, complete multiple tasks to tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to support multiple projects.

Self-motivated and a proactive approach to all tasks.

Able to use own initiative.

Perceptive, with the ability to apply judgement, common sense and find practical solutions.

Polite, good negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to communicate well at all levels both internally and externally, in writing and by phone.

Excellent IT skills and social media savvy.

Energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude.

Willing to work overtime where necessary

At least 1 to 2 years working experience in property development / property management / real estate business is preferred
Main Duties:
-
Communicating with senior figure heads/clients for and on behalf of the CEO.
-
Updating internal systems and social media presence and responses for the CEO.
-
Liaising with journalists/press for CEO’s interview requests.

Maintaining database of CEO’s contacts, updating and pro-actively passing on leads.

Event organization and coordination (liaise with Admin. Team)

Diary management, setting up and attending meetings, taking minutes for all management and project meetings
-
Manage and assist in all projects assigned with professional manner & judgment; handle details of highly confidential matters properly

Draft and prepare memorandum, minutes, policies and procedures, summaries and reports
-
Coordinate and follow up the progress of projects, proposals and approvals
-
Manage information flow and ensure the communication with external and internal parties in an efficient way

Planning travel & itineraries.

Handle ad-hoc assignments
