You are responsible for achieving the company’s objectives to deliver overall growth and profitability in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG):

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and implementation of strategic objectives and optimization of opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets, and to grow market share of the alcoholic brand in Hong Kong, Macau and overseas;   
• Develop, grow and maintain sales channels to maximize sales potential and achieve sales targets;
• Open new customers aligning with channel strategy and contributing to volume increase. Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers, distributors, dealers and practitioners;
• Optimize, control and measure marketing budget to maximize sales and profitability;
• Work closely with internal functions in the areas of budgeting, pricing, promotions, market planning, consumer research and channel & account management. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in trade market, export sales business;
• Experienced in FMCGs products such as alcohol;
• Proven sales experience in alcoholic brand is a MUST;
• Proven track record of successfully managing a consumer brand in Hong Kong, Macau and overseas;
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with good interpersonal skills.
