Job Description

Job title: Visual Merchandiser
Location: Hong Kong
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Visual Merchandising support for Hong Kong and Macau regions for daily operation and special events;
Work in close collaboration with Retail Manager, keep training store staff on VM guidelines every visit and to introduce and explain new guidelines.
 
Skills & Experience:
Good communication skills, good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
Well-balanced body language
Visual Merchandising experience of luxury brands (Display technique, knowledge for the sector in terms of customers and needs)
Excellent relation skills ( empathy, communication, good speech skill, be positive)
Good skills of working in respect of targets (KPI’s, in quantity and quality)
Product knowledge (materials, wearability, functionality; respect of company’s guidelines in display, presentation to the client, management)
Service oriented (taking care of others’ need, motivation is to satisfy client’s need, patience)
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
