The incumbent will be responsible for providing retail operations support to 20+ retail shops across Hong Kong and Macau in terms of shop operations and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for daily shop operation;
• Liaising with different parties in assisting reports and presentation materials preparation;
• Provide full range support on day-to-day operations and sales activities to maximize operation efficiency to all retail shops;
• Assist in budget planning and control for shop related expenses;
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder;
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in retail operations / administration;
• Responsible, well-organized, energetic, self-initiative, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Pleasant team-player with enthusiastic personality;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Assistant;
• Immediately available preferred.
