Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customers' bookings and declarations, monitoring transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments, and answering customers' enquiries;
• Communicate with local & overseas offices and follow up urgent shipment arrangement;
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers;
• Handle problem cases and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset;
• Good problem solving skills and able to work independently;
• Willing to work after office hour, if necessary;
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
