My client, an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company in Hong Kong is is looking for a high caliber to join and lead their sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small team of sales executive 
• Coach and develop individual team member according to the Company's direction
• Strengthen or train up team member core sales skill set  
• Develop individual sales training plan
• Achieve company sale's target

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in business management or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ working experience in sales or business development
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and energetic
• Able to work under pressure

Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
