Salary range:  $12,000 - 14,000  (plus OT allowance)

Responsibilities:

• To act as a contact person with the client
• To handle & issue debit notes with the client
• Data input into the warehousing system individually
• Work closely to complete the handling process of the system in the requirement of H.K. Customs dept. 
• To act as a communication bridge between client and outdoor workforce
• To ensure the whole delivery process conducting in a smooth way
• To check the warehousing documents & permits with the warehousing system
• To collect daily order confirmation with the related client

Requirements:

• Tertiary educational level or above
• Training certificate of Shipping industry is preferable
• 1 year or above related working experience in warehouse environment
• Proficiency in PC operations e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing
• Responsible, self-managed and willing to learn

Working location & time:

• Kwai Chung area (Container Port Terminal 4)
• Public Holiday off
• 8:30 - 17:30 (MON to FRI)
• 8:30 - 13:00 (SAT)
