Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and implement projects align with company strategic goals
• Define strategic project plans for various business initiatives as well as drive the team to implement the end to end project tasks
• Devise business cases and action plans as well as involve in all stage of implementation process to ensure the projects are execute and deliver as expectation
• Participate in project audit work, progress meeting and keep the board informed with major decisions and progress
• Perform all round project management role to manage various functions, including but not limited to stakeholder management, delivery model definition & execution, project resource & cost management, delivery quality management, risk assessment & mitigation, social compliance, vendors management, etc.
• Ensure projects compliance is aligned with local and group regulations & requirements
• Engaged in coordinating and promoting the projects in marketing events
• Collaborate with various cross-departmental staff to drive and complete complex projects
• Frequent travel to mainland China is required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration/ Project Management / Social Science or related discipline
• Over 10 years project management experience, especially gain from Mainland China. Project experience in Hangzhou is highly preferable
• Rich knowledge in project quality audit and control; nimble in handle mainland authorities & regulations
• Broad exposure in different social networks for resources engagement
• Strong business sense with excellent skills in analytical, process analysis and integration
• Able to work under pressure, like challenging, presentable, excellent time management skill
• Knowledge in CAD, MS office applications
• Proficient in Mandarin, fluent in English/ Cantonese

• 根據公司戰略，制定市場計劃及項目實施方案，全面協調各部門工作，完成公司所制定的各項目標
• 主持項目審查、團隊及工程等會議，定期向董事局報告有關訊息及進度
• 根據公司要求建立、開發、監控和維護項目預算、計劃、資源分配、質量計劃、環境問題和安全計劃
• 監控及協調公司營運活動，包括採購、營運、行政、營銷、環保、項目開發、財務及稅務，同時確保公司緊隨內地法規
• 準備、保存對內及對外的項目文檔，做好項目記錄及存檔工作
• 在香港及杭州籌備推廣及銷售活動，建立良好溝通及互動
• 能夠獨立工作，主動及心思縝密
• 有效的人際關係、領導能力和團隊建設技能至關重要
• 願意經常往返內地出差

學歷要求:

• 學士或以上學歷(商管、項目管理、社會科學或相關專業)
• 10年或以上項目管理，相關國內項目管理經驗(具備杭州經驗)優先
• 熟悉國內法規及部門行政；對項目管理質素監督有豐富經驗
• 具有廣闊國內社交人脈及資源調動能力
• 具良好的商業觸覺、流程分析及整合能力
• 具良好的壓力管理、喜歡挑戰性工具及良好時間管理
• 懂CAD、Word、Powerpoint及Excel等電腦操作
• 能操及書寫流利普通話及英語或廣東話
