1. Liaise with Salespersons on resources
2. Liaise with Vendors on Project Criteria
3. Vendor Sourcing & Arrange for Evaluation (Conducted by In-house Editors)
4. Deliver Project Brief with In-house Translators & Vendors
5. Supervise Project Progress
6. Ensure Project Quality
7. Coordinate and Facilitate Good Team Spirit
8. Report & Foresee Potential Issues
9. Report to Operation Manager
10. To Perform Other Ad Hoc Projects as Assigned.

Skills and Requirements

1. Degree holders;
2. Fluency in English or Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;
3. Strong knowledge and experience in translation services is an advantage;
4. Self-motivated, mature and responsible, pay attention to details;
5. Ability to negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
6. Able to work as a team player with good communication skill;
7. Alert, meticulous and attentive to amendments and figures;
8. Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure.
