Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
l Handling full set of accounts including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
l Responsible for daily accounting duties including data input, internet payments, and preparing bank reconciliation
l Responsible for fixed assets, intercompany transactions
l Preparation of Monthly Management Reporting and Analysis
l Preparation of Annual Budget
l Liaise with external auditor
Job Requirements:
l Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
l Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience
l Knowledge in using Peachtree Accounting System is a must
l Able to work independently with limited supervision
l Initiative, efficient, well-organized and good communication skills
l Detail-oriented, good team player with positive attitude
l Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
l No travelling is required
