Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Group consolidation and compliance of applicable regulatory requirements (such as accounting standards and taxation), listing rules & sort out new regulatory requirements timely

• Report to CFO and you will be leading a sizable team

• Participate in the upcoming IPO project on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Assist the CFO in any potential M&A and fund-raising activities of the company.

• Evaluate and raise appropriate types of capital of fit the Company's financial needs.

• Lead accounts receivable and payable management, treasury functions and cash flow projections

• Lead HK and handle Joint venture/ Joint operations

• Manage audit process, statutory and tax filings; Liaise with external auditors, IRD, banks etc

• Implement and enforce finance policies and procedures, tight controls and reporting system

• Formulate and strategize a sound Investor Relations program and perform IR duties.

• Responsible for drafting the company announcement and post-result activities

• Organise and drive investor seminars and roadshows

• Develop and maintain a well networked connections with any related Financial Institutions.

• Ad hoc projects, e.g. assessment & financial modelling for investment proposals, business valuation

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.

• Professional Qualification in CFA or CPA.

• Experience in audit firm would be a plus

• At least 8 years' experience in a management role.

• Experience in involving the whole IPO process is highly preferred.

• Have knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules and SFC regulations.

• Having worked in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
