• Diploma LCC III (Higher)  or above 
• Independently handle full set of Company accounts 
• Data Input, prepare & file vouchers, Issue cheque payment & bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly P&L, A/R & A/P reports & budget analysis etc.
• Good knowledge for banking & export documents 
• Proficient in PC operation for Quickbooks, & MS Office Excel 
• Co-ordinate with auditing firm to handle all Company tax related matters
• Able to provide Admin support work for the office   
• Mature & well organized and able to work under pressure 
• Good English Speaking is required 
• Immediately available to start work
