Job Description
Accounting Role
- Monitoring the budgeting, forecast, year end counting and review
- Bank connections and preparations
- Office expense control
- Management report preparation
- Coordination of SZ Head office, Paris and HK office
Human Resources Role
- Attendance record tracking, annual leave and sick leave monitoring
- Communicate with SZ HR Dept.
Office Administration Role
- Office’s operation coordination (scheduling work, visa, meet with service providers, etc)
- Manage office Facility Maintenance
- Ad hoc project
General
- 1-2 years of working experience
- hold LCCI level 2 and handle book keeping (preferable)
- proficiency with MS office applications (excel and powerpoint)
- Good communication
- Good Admin knowledge
- Work independently
- Must be fluent spoken and written in English and Mandarin
