Assistant Accountant

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting functions, including AR, AP & GL
• Responsible for banking functions and invoice billing system
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and annual budget
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements & financial analysis
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments duties as required

Requirements

• Associate Degree / Diploma holder in accounting discipline or above
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, good team player and able to accomplish the accounting tasks timely as assigned
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
