Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide support in MBA course preparation, development and relevant administration. His/Her duties include preparation of course materials, purchase or copyright clearance for cases, publications or textbooks, managing online platform for courses, preparation of student profile, attendance checking, booking and setting up of classrooms and equipment, handling examination arrangement, providing on-site support in classes, assisting in class scheduling and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the program office.  Working outside normal office hours and occasional irregular hours during weekends/public holidays will be required.  

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in business or related field. They should have a high level of English proficiency with good interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.  Experience in faculty support or teaching assistant experience will be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
