Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and tasks associated with the Global Talent Management team
• Project Management: Support on global talent management initiatives and programs, including but not limited to project plans updates, post-program follow-up and evaluations.
• Talent Metrics: Leverage data & analytics to drive talent decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of Schneider Electric’s leadership pipeline efforts; identify and deploy efficient and digital solutions to strengthen reporting capabilities
• Data & document management: track organizational changes; maintenance of documents shared folders to facilitate knowledge sharing 
• Research on recent talent management trends and Industry Benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ HR/ Psychology or related discipline; Master’s or equivalent degree preferred
• Highly motivated, driven and results orientated
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience
• Strong digital orientation and skills is an advantage
• Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
