Senior Administrative Officer / Administrative Officer

The appointee will be required to (a) provide administrative support to various activities of the Office; (b) provide secretarial services to committee(s); (c) administer and co-ordinate projects/events; (d) liaise with internal and external parties; (e) assist in conducting survey; (f) update and maintain web page; and (g) perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a recognized degree with at least three years’ administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iii) good interpersonal and organizational skills; (iv) the ability to work closely in a team as well as to work independently, and (v) a high level of competence in computer literacy and preferably with knowledge of updating and maintaining website. Candidates with more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.  

Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
