Requirements

• University graduate of Human Resources Studies or equivalent
• 4-5 years working experience in HR support, preferably in retail industry
• Solid experience in payroll calculation and benefits administration
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance or other related legislations
• Detail-mined, dynamics, sensitive in figure with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel (VLookup/Pivot Table) and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits administration and MPF/PRSO administration
• Responsible for payroll processing, salary verification and taxation preparation
• Assist in recruitment functions such as interview arrangement and leave management
• Maintain HR information in HRIS system and prepare various HR reports as assigned
