Requirements
- University graduate of Human Resources Studies or equivalent
- 4-5 years working experience in HR support, preferably in retail industry
- Solid experience in payroll calculation and benefits administration
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance or other related legislations
- Detail-mined, dynamics, sensitive in figure with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel (VLookup/Pivot Table) and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits administration and MPF/PRSO administration
- Responsible for payroll processing, salary verification and taxation preparation
- Assist in recruitment functions such as interview arrangement and leave management
- Maintain HR information in HRIS system and prepare various HR reports as assigned
