Requirements
- University graduate in Business or Marketing Studies
- 1-2 years marketing administration or secretarial experience
- Experience in multicultural environment is highly preferred
- Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-minded, cheerful, dynamics with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist marketing manager on marketing administration and secretarial support
- Responsible for logistics coordination for various events and promotion campaigns
- Handle travel booking, meeting coordination and prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate with vendors on the production of marketing and printed materials
