Job Description

Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provided direct administrative support for TS Department
  • Creates Notifications, repair/return/Free of Charge orders and other TS related PO and sales orders in SAP system
  • Keeps track of all repairs, returns and Tech Service loan products. 
  • Generation of TS quotes to customers
  • Coordinate and generate appropriate reports to track orders and Service Notifications
  • Handling and dispatching of goods
  • Books in TS returns and ensures that the correct item is received
  • Responsible for getting the product back out to the customer following a repair
  • Prepares and distributes paperwork internally for returns
  • Assists with preparation and dispatch of TS loaner equipment
  • Answers questions relating to the dispatch of goods, stock levels, etc.
  • Deals with filing paperwork associated with each task
  • Chases TS related Purchase orders
  • Works with other ETC offices to arrange return and credit for faulty goods
  • Serves as a liaison between the warehouse and TS
  • Answers company phones lines in polite and professional manner when Receptionist/Admin Assistant not available
  • Assist with technical training
  • Organizes binders for training classes
  • Prepares scheduling timetable for training classes and assist when necessary during training by counting attendees, keeping the area tidy, preparing name badges, etc.
  • Sends part numbers, prices and availability to customers when requested
  • Represent the Customer’s needs/concerns within ETC
  • Relay customer issues and concern to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Assist with technical training
  • Organizes binders for training classes
  • Prepares scheduling timetable for training classes and assist when necessary during training by counting attendees, keeping the area tidy, preparing name badges, etc.
  • Completes special projects and requests in timely and positive fashion
  • To perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • F.5 or above
  • 2+ years of job-related experience
  • 1-3 year work experience in a Customer Service a definite advantage
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in a team environment
  • Hardworking, problem solver and self-motivating
  • Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • SAP Knowledge would be definite advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate in business environment
  • Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction, but refers deviations, problems, and unfamiliar situations not covered by instructions to supervisor for decision or help
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • General shipping carrier/process knowledge
