Job Description:

• Manage full set export shipping documents and customs declaration
• Handle online related operations and documents
• Coordinate with factories and forwarders for shipping schedule
• Conduct shipment booking & all follow up arrangements with carrier & courier, e.g. submit SI
• Liaise with head quarter logistics team and update shipping reports
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures
• Familiar with shipping procedure for major retailers e.g. Walmart is preferable
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner
• Establish, ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• Maintain filing and documentation systematically
• Other miscellaneous office duties
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in shipping field
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, outlook
• Experience in ERP system is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and team player
• Well organized skills, detail minded and responsible
• High initiative, independent and quick learner able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
• Preferred candidates with hands on experience on operation in Latin America
• Immediate available is preferred.
